Open Point Acquires Converlens to Expand Engagement Analytics Platform
Open Point has acquired Converlens, an AI analytics platform specializing in public consultation workflows, announced in a press release. The integration expands Open Point’s platform to cover data analysis across the full engagement lifecycle for government, infrastructure, and planning organizations.
Converlens’ technology supports the analysis of large volumes of qualitative feedback such as public submissions, transcripts, and communications. Open Point will combine these analytics features with its existing stakeholder relationship management and community engagement tools.
The companies have previously collaborated to help organizations link engagement data with reporting and analytics. Following the acquisition, their combined platform will allow teams to manage engagement data and extract insights for informed decision making across projects.
Open Point stated that the acquisition strengthens its position as a provider of engagement technology for government, utilities, energy, and infrastructure clients across North America and internationally.
