Offline Studio has partnered with Corundum Neuroscience and Corundum Systems Biology Inc. to form a new venture creation initiative focused on developing life sciences products using data from the Human Phenotype Project, announced in a press release.

The initiative will fund projects that leverage AI-derived insights from large-scale health data to create products aimed at improving human wellbeing. Both Corundum and Offline will initially invest $1 million each, with an additional $1.5 million reserved for later-stage funding. The partners will also have the option to make staged investments as the new companies grow.

Offline Studio will lead the venture creation process, sourcing and validating projects before incorporation. Corundum Neuroscience and Corundum Systems Biology will contribute to ideation and early-stage development. The process will follow four stages, from project identification to company formation, with funding tied to milestone achievements.
