NICE Actimize Integrates Generative AI into SURVEIL-X for Enhanced Risk Detection

NICE Actimize has integrated generative AI capabilities into its SURVEIL-X Holistic Conduct Surveillance solution, announced in a press release. This enhancement aims to improve the detection of market abuse and conduct risks by leveraging Actimize Intelligence, which utilizes large language models (LLMs) to analyze communications beyond traditional keyword and rules-based methods.

The integration of generative AI is designed to reduce false positives by up to 85% while detecting up to four times more true misconduct risks. This is achieved by understanding the context of communications, including jargon, tone, sentiment, and intent, across various communication forms such as emails, chats, and voice calls.

Additionally, the platform's multi-lingual capabilities allow it to analyze communications in over 150 languages, providing clear and concise summaries of findings. This advancement not only enhances the accuracy of risk detection but also streamlines the workload for compliance professionals by offering intelligent alerts with detailed explanations of suspicious activities.
