Nextworld Launches Agentic Development for Enterprise Software Creation
Nextworld has announced the general availability of Agentic Development, a new capability that uses coordinated AI agents to generate governed enterprise software from natural language input according to a press release.
Agentic Development employs multiple AI agents that replicate a full software development team. Product Owner Agents convert business requirements into formal specifications, while Design, Development, and Quality Assurance Agents build and test applications against those specifications. This approach aims to produce software that is complete and verified before it reaches users.
The system operates on specification-driven development, where user requirements are stored as a persistent AI-readable specification. As users refine their needs, the agents regenerate applications to match. This ensures that generated applications remain aligned with business intent and can be recreated at any time without losing context.
All applications produced through Agentic Development inherit Nextworld’s platform-level governance, including access controls, audit trails, lifecycle management, and security features. The company states that this integration eliminates the need for separate infrastructure or deployment pipelines.
Agentic Development is now available within the Nextworld Platform, and organizations can schedule hands-on sessions through the company’s website.
