NetDragon Websoft Holdings Limited and Zhongke WengAI have announced a strategic alliance to advance AI applications globally, focusing on enterprise and education sectors. This collaboration, announced in a press release, aims to leverage Hong Kong's position as an innovation hub to bring China's core AI technologies to international markets.

Under this partnership, Cherrypicks, a subsidiary of NetDragon, will act as the sole overseas commercialization platform for Wenge, the parent company of Zhongke WengAI. Wenge will invest in Cherrypicks and provide AI technology resources to develop and deploy products across various sectors, including public services, finance, healthcare, and commerce.

The alliance will also see Dr. Waley Wang, Chairman of Zhongke WengAI, joining the Board of Directors of Cherrypicks to align strategic direction and technology roadmap. This move is expected to enhance the execution of joint projects and further cement Hong Kong's role as a bridge between Mainland China and international markets.

Wenge's AI technologies, such as the 'YaYi' large language model, are recognized for their performance in multimodal data processing and semantic understanding. These technologies will be integrated into Cherrypicks' offerings to develop intelligent products tailored to both local and international needs, fostering a robust AI ecosystem in Hong Kong.
