MOIA America and Beep, Inc. announced in a press release a strategic partnership to expand autonomous public transit services in the United States, beginning in Orlando, Florida. The companies plan to scale a fleet of autonomous ID. Buzz vehicles to 5,000 units across multiple markets over the next decade.

Validation testing has started in Lake Nona, Florida, with initial passenger rides expected to begin in 2026. The partnership will focus on deploying autonomous mobility solutions for public transit operators, providing both purpose-built vehicles and a Mobility as a Service platform.

The companies aim to use this collaboration as a foundation for introducing autonomous microtransit systems in several U.S. cities, supporting the broader integration of automated vehicles into public transportation networks.
