CleanCore Signs Minnesota AI Data Center Agreement With Cerebras

CleanCore Solutions has signed a 10 year colocation agreement with Cerebras Systems for an AI data center campus in Minnesota. The project is expected to generate about $800 million in contract value over the initial term.

CleanCore Solutions has signed a 10 year colocation services agreement with Cerebras Systems for an AI data center campus in Minnesota, the company announced in a press release.

The campus is designed to Tier 3 standards and will be fully leased to Cerebras under the agreement. CleanCore said the project is expected to generate about $800 million in contract value over the initial 10 year term, with potential value above $3 billion if renewal terms are included.

At full buildout, the facility is expected to deliver about 55 MW of utility power capacity and 40 MW of critical IT load. About 20 MW of utility power is already energized.

CleanCore expects to own nearly 80 percent of the project through a partnership with a data center development partner. The company expects the campus to start generating revenue in Q1 2027.
