Manulife Restructures Executive Team to Support Enterprise Strategy

Manulife announced leadership changes across its global operations, including new appointments in Canada, Hong Kong, and technology divisions. The restructuring, effective July 1, 2026, aligns with the company’s updated enterprise strategy.

Manulife announced in a press release a series of executive and senior leadership changes across its global operations, effective July 1, 2026. The adjustments aim to support the company’s refreshed enterprise strategy and long term growth objectives.

Patrick Graham has been appointed President and CEO of Manulife Canada. Wilton Kee will succeed him as CEO of Manulife Hong Kong and Macau. Jodie Wallis, Chief AI Officer, will now report directly to President and CEO Phil Witherington.

Shamus Weiland has been named Chief Technology and Operations Officer with expanded responsibilities. Stephanie Fadous, Chief Actuary, will take on additional accountability for Inforce Management and Reinsurance. Karen Leggett, Global Chief Marketing Officer, plans to retire at the end of 2026.
