Luminary Cloud and nTop Integrate NVIDIA Technology for Faster AI Design
Luminary Cloud and nTop have announced a new integration with NVIDIA PhysicsNeMo, which reduces physics-based AI design optimization from weeks or months to mere hours, announced in a press release. This integration connects nTop's parametric geometry generation, Luminary's GPU-native simulation platform, and NVIDIA PhysicsNeMo via NIM microservices, allowing engineers to create and analyze hundreds of design variations in a single day.
The collaboration marks a significant advancement in physics AI-driven engineering design optimization, creating the first automated pipeline for this purpose. The integrated solution combines nTop's parametric geometry engine, Luminary's high-fidelity simulations, and NVIDIA's AI physics framework to compress what once took weeks into hours.
This development enables engineering teams to define design parameters, automatically generate and simulate hundreds of variations, and leverage AI to predict optimal configurations. The system is expected to improve performance across aerospace, automotive, and consumer product applications, demonstrating potential for dramatic performance improvements.
