Locus Robotics Achieves 5 Billion Picks in Warehouse Automation

Locus Robotics has reached a milestone of 5 billion units picked globally, just 24 weeks after hitting 4 billion, showcasing rapid growth in mobile warehouse automation.

Locus Robotics has reached a significant milestone by surpassing 5 billion units picked across its global customer deployments, announced in a press release. This achievement comes just 24 weeks after the company reached its 4 billionth pick in October 2024, highlighting the rapid adoption of mobile warehouse automation.

The company's growth trajectory is evident from its previous milestones: 1 billion picks in September 2022, 2 billion in August 2023, 3 billion in April 2024, and 4 billion in October 2024. This acceleration underscores the increasing demand for Locus's AI-driven mobile automation technology, which is transforming fulfillment operations worldwide.

Locus Robotics recently introduced its Locus Array™ system, designed for high-volume, high-throughput environments, at industry events such as ProMat in Chicago and LogiMAT in Stuttgart. The system has been well-received for its flexibility and scalability, further enhancing Locus's automation platform capabilities.

Currently, Locus Robotics powers operations in over 350 sites globally, serving industries like retail, e-commerce, healthcare, and third-party logistics (3PLs). The company's Robots-as-a-Service (RaaS) model continues to drive innovation and scalability without significant capital investments.
