Destro AI Raises $8 Million for Warehouse Robot Software
Destro AI has exited stealth with an $8 million seed round, according to TechCrunch. Base10 Partners and Bonfire Ventures led the round, with participation from CoFound Partners.
The startup develops software that coordinates robots, workers, carts and trucks in logistics facilities. Its Vision operating system controls robots using models with open weights, while its Mothership system directs the broader warehouse workflow.
Destro tested the system at a Yusen Logistics facility in the Pacific Northwest with three cart moving robots from Miva Robotics. Workers load goods into carts, then the robots identify full carts and move them to their destinations.
Yusen is expanding the first deployment to 26 robots and starting a second pilot with 17 robots at a Southern California facility. Destro plans to deploy the same cross docking workflow at other warehouses.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
