Litify Introduces AI-Powered Damages Assistant for Plaintiff Law Firms

November 10, 2025
Litify has launched the LitifyAI Damages Assistant, an AI tool built with Supio to automate medical record chronology and reconciliation for plaintiff law firms, streamlining case preparation within the Litify platform.

Litify has launched the LitifyAI Damages Assistant, a new feature that automates medical record chronology and reconciliation for plaintiff law firms. The tool was developed through a partnership with Supio, a legal AI platform specializing in personal injury law, announced in a press release.

The LitifyAI Damages Assistant processes medical records and billing documents as they are uploaded, generating source-linked medical chronologies and reconciling encounters into a unified ledger. These outputs are automatically stored in the case file within the Litify platform, enabling users to trigger tasks, approvals, and workflows without leaving the system.

Litify Chief Product Officer Lauren Rothrock said the integration with Supio brings AI-powered medical records processing directly into the platform where firms already manage their operations. Supio CEO Jerry Zhou added that the collaboration helps firms identify critical insights in extensive medical records and take immediate action on them.

The feature aims to reduce the manual workload and potential errors in medical record review, a key challenge in personal injury case preparation. Law firms can request a demo or contact their Litify Customer Success Manager for more information on the new capability.
