LITEON Invests $176 Million in DCX Liquid Cooling Systems
LITEON Technology announced in a press release a strategic investment in DCX Liquid Cooling Systems, a Warsaw based provider of cooling equipment for AI and high performance computing data centers. Upon closing, LITEON will own about 25% of DCX in a transaction valued at approximately $176 million.
DCX supplies coolant distribution units, cold plates, rack manifolds, modular data center systems, direct to chip cooling, and immersion cooling technology.
The companies plan to work together on product development, engineering, manufacturing expansion, and global sales. Their plans include integrated power and cooling platforms for hyperscale data centers.
