Junee Limited Acquires Majority Stake in MindEnergy
Junee Limited has announced the acquisition of a 51% stake in MindEnergy AI Technology Pte. Ltd., a company specializing in AI server design and software solutions, announced in a press release. This strategic move aims to bolster Junee's capabilities in AI computing and marks a significant shift from its traditional industry focus to the rapidly growing AI sector.
The acquisition involves an initial consideration of $250,000, with the total purchase price potentially reaching up to $9.8 million.
