Junee Limited Acquires Majority Stake in MindEnergy

Junee Limited has acquired a 51% stake in MindEnergy to enhance its AI computing capabilities and expand into the AI server market.

Junee Limited has announced the acquisition of a 51% stake in MindEnergy AI Technology Pte. Ltd., a company specializing in AI server design and software solutions, announced in a press release. This strategic move aims to bolster Junee's capabilities in AI computing and marks a significant shift from its traditional industry focus to the rapidly growing AI sector.

The acquisition involves an initial consideration of $250,000, with the total purchase price potentially reaching up to $9.8 million. This will be paid in newly issued ordinary shares of Junee Limited. The transaction is subject to certain closing conditions, including regulatory filings and the collection of accounts receivable by the seller.

Through this investment, Junee plans to leverage MindEnergy's expertise to develop advanced AI training and inference servers. These servers will incorporate open-source AI models like DeepSeek R1 and Meta Llama 3, optimizing them for large-scale training and enterprise deployment. This acquisition is expected to enhance Junee's competitiveness in the AI server market and accelerate its entry into this burgeoning field.
