Jonomor Launches Guard-Clause AI Contract Platform Governed by Nvidia NemoClaw
Guard-Clause has been launched by Jonomor as an AI contract intelligence platform governed by NemoClaw. The company announced in a press release that the platform provides clause-level analysis and risk scoring for contracts, aiming to assist both independent workers and enterprise legal teams.
Guard-Clause processes contract documents including PDF, DOCX, and plain text within a secure NemoClaw perimeter. Each file is analyzed for risk factors and produces a structured report with a 0 to 100 risk score, clause-level citations, and role-specific recommendations. The platform also generates negotiation materials such as draft emails, call scripts, and replacement clause suggestions.
Enterprise users can access the Golden Standard Policy Engine, which evaluates incoming contracts against internal standards and produces deviation reports. NemoClaw governance ensures that all contract data is processed within a controlled environment with audit logging and network access controls.
Pricing starts with a free tier offering one scan per month. Paid plans include Single Scan for $39, Pro for $29 per month, Team for $79 per month for five users, and Enterprise from $299 per month with bulk processing and API access.
