Jereh Group Integrates AI for Enhanced Oil and Gas Operations

Jereh Group has introduced an AI-powered fracturing platform, AI•R FRAC, to improve efficiency and safety in oil and gas operations, as announced in a press release.

Jereh Group has introduced its AI-powered fracturing platform, AI•R FRAC, to enhance efficiency and safety in oil and gas operations, announced in a press release. This platform integrates eight subsystems, including intelligent decision-making algorithms and predictive maintenance modules, achieving a 36% boost in operational efficiency.

The AI•R FRAC system has demonstrated 97.8% accuracy in pump failure prediction and 100% anomaly detection in high-pressure environments. It also supports off-grid, low-emission operations, reducing fuel consumption by up to 15%. A notable deployment occurred in the Sichuan Basin, where it powered the first ultra-deep shale gas fracturing operation with a fully electric, AI-driven platform.

Jereh's approach fully integrates AI across subsystems, forming a unified, intelligent fracturing ecosystem. Additionally, their Compressor Intelligent Diagnostic System utilizes AI for real-time monitoring and failure prediction, reducing unplanned downtime by up to 30%.
