IPC Global has been selected as the technology partner for a $1.1 million grant from the American Medical Association, announced in a press release. The four year grant, part of the AMA’s Transforming Lifelong Learning Through Precision Education program, aims to advance personalized medical training across Georgia.

The initiative, led by the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians and its Family Medicine Residency Collaborative, will implement a data integrated residency navigation tool across 12 family medicine residency programs. The platform will connect electronic health record data with individualized learning plans to support goal setting, faculty feedback, and learner progress tracking.

IPC Global will design and deploy the data infrastructure, analytics dashboards, and AI based tools that form the system’s foundation. The company will use Qlik analytics solutions and Amazon Web Services cloud resources to deliver real time insights for nearly 500 residents and faculty participants.

The project will proceed through four phases covering design, integration, implementation, and dissemination. Participating institutions include programs affiliated with Atrium Health, Emory University, the Medical College of Georgia, Morehouse School of Medicine, Northeast Georgia Medical Center, and Wellstar. Findings will be shared through academic publications and presentations to inform national medical education practices.
