Inductive Bio Launches Indy Chemistry Assistant
Inductive Bio announced in a press release that its Indy AI chemistry assistant became available to partners on September 14. The company says the assistant works with program data, computational tools, and its ADMET and pharmacokinetic models.
Indy can parse contract research organization reports, check dose response curves, analyze historical structure activity relationship data, run generative chemistry algorithms, prepare free energy perturbation calculations, manage synthesis queues, and create project update slides.
In its own head to head comparison on 84 dose response curves from real programs, Inductive Bio reported that Indy reached 89% accuracy, against 39% for GPT-5.6 Sol and 48% for Claude Opus 5. The company says Indy was built by its medicinal chemists, computational chemists and DMPK scientists and has doubled team productivity within partner programs. Anvia Therapeutics, one named user, says it uses Indy for data quality control, structure activity relationship tables and synthesis queue management.
