iMerit has appointed U.S. Army Veteran Georgeo Pulikkathara as its new Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer, enhancing its focus on AI data integrity.

iMerit has appointed Colonel Georgeo Xavier Pulikkathara, a distinguished U.S. Army Veteran, as its new Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer. This appointment was announced in a press release on August 20, 2025. Pulikkathara brings over 34 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity, having held strategic roles at major organizations such as Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise.

Pulikkathara's extensive background includes managing IT operations for the Army Reserve's 81st Readiness Division, overseeing 50,000 personnel across multiple states. His academic credentials and certifications further bolster his expertise in cybersecurity and IT management.
