IgniteTech has announced StreetSmart AI, a new AI-powered solution aimed at transforming field force management by enhancing dispatch operations and field work efficiency.

IgniteTech has announced the launch of StreetSmart AI, a next-generation AI solution designed to revolutionize field force management, announced in a press release. This new offering introduces advanced AI capabilities to both the Dispatch Hub and Field Worker components of IgniteTech's mobile workforce management platform.

StreetSmart AI aims to enhance dispatch operations by optimizing job assignments, smart route optimization, and resource allocation. It provides AI-powered decision support for dispatchers and real-time adaptation to field conditions, which improves performance analytics and tracking.

For field workers, StreetSmart AI offers intelligent multi-modal forms to reduce administrative time, AR-enabled work guidance, and real-time expertise access through mobile devices. These features are designed to streamline documentation and compliance reporting, ultimately increasing efficiency and responsiveness in field operations.

The new AI capabilities will be available to all customers, whether they use StreetSmart directly through IgniteTech or via white-label OEM solution partners. The release of StreetSmart AI is scheduled for the second quarter of 2025.
