IgniteUps.ai Launches NEXUS to Coordinate Dealership AI Agents

IgniteUps.ai introduced NEXUS, an AI performance manager for automotive dealerships, in a press release. The system coordinates connected AI agents across sales, service, customer communication and internal operations.

Managers can give NEXUS an objective in plain language. It can divide the request into tasks, assign them to authorized agents and coordinate actions such as finding unanswered prospects, preparing messages, creating images and videos, notifying employees and generating reports.

NEXUS connects with customer relationship management and dealership management systems. It also has a dedicated computer environment for supported browser workflows that direct connectors do not cover. Available actions depend on system permissions and configuration, while workflows can require human authentication or approval.
