IFS Joins UK's AI Policy Advisory Board
IFS has been appointed as an Advisory Board Member of the UK's All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on AI, a significant platform for shaping AI policy and governance. This appointment places IFS at the forefront of AI policy discussions in Westminster, collaborating with policymakers and industry leaders such as Meta, Capgemini, Deloitte, and Santander, announced in a press release.
Bianca Nobilo, IFS Executive Board Member and Chief External Affairs Officer, will lead the company's engagement with the APPG. Her role will involve leveraging IFS's expertise in Industrial AI to provide policymakers with practical insights, ensuring responsible and transparent AI development.
The APPG on AI, established in 2017, focuses on the economic and societal impacts of AI, aiming to maximize its potential across sectors while promoting responsible use.
