IAS Partners with Nextdoor for AI-Powered Brand Safety

Integral Ad Science has partnered with Nextdoor to introduce AI-driven brand safety and suitability optimization for advertisers on the platform.

Integral Ad Science has announced a strategic partnership with Nextdoor to introduce AI-powered pre-bid brand safety and suitability optimization for advertisers. This collaboration marks the first step towards Nextdoor's adoption of IAS's AI-driven Total Media Quality Product Suite, as stated in a press release.

The partnership will enable advertisers to utilize IAS's AI-driven Multimedia Technology to ensure their ads are placed in brand-safe environments on Nextdoor's platform. This technology provides advertisers with third-party transparency and suitability for their campaigns, allowing them to reach one-third of U.S. households with confidence.

IAS's solution offers advertisers trusted third-party control, allowing them to apply pre-bid blocking against 12 industry-aligned categories and 4 risk levels. Additionally, advertisers can customize their controls to avoid unsuitable content based on specific brand needs across various environments and languages.

The partnership is set to expand with the general availability of Total Media Quality for Nextdoor, including industry-aligned Brand Safety & Suitability Measurement and Viewability and Invalid Traffic Measurement, expected in the second half of 2025.
