Hypertec has announced its expansion into Europe through a strategic alliance with 5C Group and Together AI, announced in a press release. This initiative marks their first joint AI deployment outside North America, aiming to deliver up to 2 gigawatts (GW) of data center capacity and support nearly 100,000 GPUs.

The expansion is set to begin in late 2025, with large-scale buildouts planned through 2028. The alliance will focus on providing high-density compute and AI-native cloud services designed for frontier model training and large-scale generative AI inference deployments across Europe. Priority markets for initial deployments include France, the UK, Italy, and Portugal.

This strategic venture aims to address Europe's growing demand for sovereign, regulation-ready AI infrastructure. By leveraging Hypertec's expertise in sustainable AI servers, 5C's infrastructure capabilities, and Together AI's cloud platform, the partnership will provide a comprehensive AI stack for enterprises and research institutions across the continent.
