hireEZ has appointed Dr. Tianlong Chen as Chief AI Scientist to lead its AI Lab, focusing on next-generation Agentic AI for talent acquisition.

hireEZ has appointed Dr. Tianlong Chen as its new Chief AI Scientist, as announced in a press release. Dr. Chen, an expert in large language model agents, will lead the hireEZ AI Lab to advance the company's mission of integrating Agentic AI into talent acquisition.

Dr. Chen, who is also an Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, brings a wealth of experience in machine learning and AI agents. His work has been recognized with multiple Best Paper Awards and over 13,000 citations. At hireEZ, he will focus on developing AI systems that enhance precision in sourcing, matching, and engaging talent.
