Firstup Adds Copilot and ChatGPT Access to Workforce Communications
Firstup announced in a press release a platform release that lets employees search Firstup communications, topics, and people inside Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT using Model Context Protocol. The company said responses are limited to content each employee is already permitted to access in Firstup.
The release also adds integrations with SAP SuccessFactors and Dayforce. Employees and managers can complete tasks such as submitting time off, approving requests, updating personal details, viewing payslips, and checking time off balances from within Firstup.
Firstup said it received ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification in August for its Artificial Intelligence Management System after an independent audit. The company said the certification covers areas including risk assessment, accountability, operational controls, monitoring, and improvement.
Other updates include custom homepage changes, AI Search chat history, an AI Usage Report, alias commenting, and email reachability management. Firstup said the Q3 features are available now.
