Factal Adds Advance and Explorer to Risk Intelligence Platform

Factal announced Factal Advance and Factal Explorer, two premium products for security teams that add advance event notices and AI search across verified risk intelligence records.

Factal announced two premium products, Factal Advance and Factal Explorer, that add planning and search features to its verified risk intelligence platform, the company said in a press release.

Factal Advance gives security teams notice of scheduled events and developing situations near their locations. It also includes intelligence written by Factal editors for events such as severe weather and geopolitical instability.

Factal Explorer is an AI discovery tool that answers questions using eight years of verified risk events. Each answer cites the related Factal update and original source, and events are geolocated so users can see proximity to offices, sites, and people.

Factal said member data is not used to train AI models and does not touch an AI model. Both products are expected to be available this fall.
