Ecotrak Adds Claude Connector and ChatGPT Tools to Facility Management Suite

Ecotrak has launched an expanded AI suite that integrates Anthropic's Claude assistant and adds ChatGPT-based troubleshooting and automated work order summaries for facility teams, available with a 90-day trial.

Ecotrak has launched an expanded suite of AI features for its facility and asset management platform, announced in a press release. The update includes a new Claude Connector integration and a ChatGPT-driven troubleshooting experience designed to bring conversational AI into daily workflows.

The platform now connects with Claude, the AI assistant from Anthropic, allowing facility teams to search assets, review work order histories, locate service providers, and create new service requests using natural language. The ChatGPT integration from OpenAI supports AI troubleshooting, giving technicians immediate diagnostic insights and automatically generated work order summaries.

Ecotrak's AI also analyzes maintenance records and asset performance data to identify potential risks before failures occur. The AI Suite is available to all Ecotrak customers with a 90-day complimentary trial.
