Eason Technology Forms Subsidiary for Intelligent Energy Systems
Eason Technology has established a wholly owned subsidiary named Four Ele Industrial Intelligent Tech, announced in a press release. The new entity will focus on expanding Eason’s digital technology development into power energy, energy networks, and new energy storage facilities.
Four Ele Industrial Intelligent Tech will serve as a platform for developing, operating, acquiring, and licensing advanced energy technologies. Its initial focus includes power dispatch control systems and grid component loss monitoring solutions. The company plans to source technologies through self-development, licensing, and partnerships.
Eason stated that the subsidiary will also work on monitoring carbon emissions in power grids and developing decision-making systems for low-carbon dispatch. The initiative aims to enhance the efficiency of energy networks and infrastructure while supporting global industrial transformation driven by intelligent technology.
