The $100 million investment will focus on five strategic sectors: artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, Web3.0, automotive technology, and retail innovation. Disrupt.com employs a unique 'CoBuild' model, functioning as fractional co-founders by providing engineering, go-to-market, and operations teams to startups.

With a team of over 650 professionals, Disrupt.com has already deployed over $40 million across its portfolio, including investments in AI-focused startups like Agentnoon and Ahya. The firm targets pre-seed to Series A stage startups that demonstrate strong growth potential and clear paths to profitability.
