Daydream launched Powered by Daydream, a program that lets fashion brands and retailers add its natural language search and visual discovery tools to their own websites.

Daydream announced in a press release Powered by Daydream, a program that lets fashion brands and retailers add its natural language search and visual discovery technology to their own websites.

STAUD, Alice + Olivia, Couper, Cult Mia, and Hampden Clothing are live in the initial pilot. More than 25 additional brands and retailers have signed on, including Anine Bing, Mansur Gavriel, ba&sh, Sandro, Maje, MESHKI, and Ramy Brook.

The tool connects with a retailer's existing website, product catalog, and site infrastructure. Shoppers can describe products in natural language, and the system returns results from the retailer's own assortment.

Daydream says its platform is built for fashion search and can interpret terms related to cut, drape, silhouette, occasion, aesthetic, and price point. The company recently exited beta and says its catalog spans 325 retailers, more than 10,000 brands, and 3 million products.
