Datarails Launches Desk Ticketing System for Finance Teams

Datarails Desk centralizes finance requests and uses financial records to draft responses for human review.

Datarails announced in a press release the immediate availability of Desk, a ticketing system for finance teams. It collects requests from email, Slack, Teams, and other channels, then connects them with records in the Datarails FinanceOS data layer.

An embedded AI agent uses invoices, payments, contracts, and vendor or customer records to draft responses for human review. Desk supports requests involving invoice questions, payment status, reimbursements, budget approvals, tax forms, and vendor onboarding.

The system also provides automated routing, configurable service levels, team permissions, audit trails, and dashboards for open tickets, response times, bottlenecks, and workloads. It connects with ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other financial systems.
