The China Arbitration Summit 2025, organized by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and other international bodies, will take place on September 17, 2025, in Beijing. Announced in a press release, the summit will focus on the theme "Exploration of the Future of International Arbitration in the Era of Digital Intelligence."

The event will gather legal experts and professionals from around the world to discuss how artificial intelligence and digital technologies can enhance arbitration processes. Topics will include improving efficiency, ensuring procedural fairness, and maintaining the credibility of arbitration.

The summit, part of the China Arbitration Week 2025, will also aim to strengthen legal exchanges and cooperation between China and Latin America.
