CaPow and Peer Robotics Partner to Enhance Mobile Robot Efficiency
CaPow and Peer Robotics have announced a partnership to eliminate charging downtime for mobile robots, as stated in a press release. This collaboration integrates CaPow's in-motion power delivery technology into Peer Robotics' autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), allowing them to operate continuously without the need for traditional charging stops.
The integration of CaPow's technology into two of Peer Robotics' AMR variants enables these robots to receive power while in motion, thus eliminating the typical 3-4 hours of downtime associated with stationary charging. This advancement not only maximizes operational efficiency but also accelerates return on investment by allowing robots to function with smaller batteries.
The partnership aims to enhance the efficiency of robotic fleets in manufacturing and warehousing environments. Both companies are committed to long-term customer value and scalable growth, with plans for further integration in Peer Robotics' next-generation robots and ongoing collaboration on power innovations.
