Rebl Industries Secures AI Robotics Deals with H&M and IKEA

Rebl Industries has signed significant framework agreements with H&M GBC AB and IKEA Svenska AB to deploy its AI-powered robots in their warehouses, announced in a press release. These robots, which have been used in real production environments for years, are designed to automate tasks such as sorting and palletizing, thereby enhancing efficiency and reducing repetitive tasks for employees.

To accelerate its global expansion, Rebl Industries has appointed Nicholas Tengelin as its first external CEO. Tengelin, who has held senior roles at Volvo Cars and other companies, is tasked with scaling Rebl's operations globally. The company's robots are offered as a performance-based service, allowing clients to pay for the work performed rather than the hardware itself, a model that challenges traditional automation approaches.

Since the summer of 2024, H&M has been utilizing Rebl's robots at its Nordics online sales warehouse in Sweden, with plans to expand to more locations. This partnership marks a significant step in Rebl's strategy to become a leader in next-generation robotics.
