Bridgit Adds AI Agents for Construction Workforce Planning
Bridgit announced Bridgit agents and Bridgit MCP on July 29, 2026, expanding Bridgit AI for construction workforce planning. The new agents can carry out planning tasks for contractors, while Bridgit MCP connects live Bridgit data to AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini.
Bridgit agents are designed to assemble project teams, identify scheduling conflicts and resource constraints, create reports, and recommend workers for workforce gaps. The launch includes five agents: Team Builder, Assignment Finder, Project Change Digest, Project Org Chart, and Workforce Brief.
When an agent suggests an action, it shows the reasoning before the user decides whether to apply it. The company said the agents use each contractor's project and people data inside Bridgit. Bridgit agents are available now as part of Bridgit AI, and contractors can request a demonstration through the company.
