Blue Clay Health has expanded its leadership team by appointing Dr. Garth Graham and Ajai Sehgal as executive advisors, bringing expertise in healthcare, public health, and data systems to support the company’s coordinated care platform.

Blue Clay Health has expanded its senior leadership team with the appointments of Dr. Garth Graham and Ajai Sehgal as executive advisors, announced in a press release. The company said the additions strengthen its expertise in medicine, public health, and large-scale data architecture.

Ajai Sehgal joins Blue Clay Health after serving as Chief Data & Analytics Officer at the Mayo Clinic, where he led initiatives in ethical data use and digital technology. He also currently serves as Chief AI Officer at IKS Health and has held leadership roles at Eagleview, Hootsuite, and Microsoft.

Dr. Garth Graham, who previously served as a member of Blue Clay Health’s advisory board, transitions into the executive advisor role. He is Director and Global Head of Healthcare and Public Health at YouTube and Google Health and has held senior positions at Aetna and CVS Health. A cardiologist and public health leader, Dr. Graham has also served as U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary for Health.

According to the company, the appointments will help advance its coordinated care platform, which aims to separate clinical reasoning from local care delivery, improving safety and clarity for families managing complex medical needs.
