Blaize and Winmate Demonstrate Rugged Edge AI Systems at COMPUTEX 2026
Blaize and Winmate announced in a press release that they will jointly demonstrate integrated rugged edge AI solutions at COMPUTEX 2026 in Taipei from June 2 to 5. The companies previously introduced their collaboration at the Michigan Defense Expo in Detroit and are now presenting their systems on an international stage.
The demonstrations will show how Blaize's programmable GSP architecture, integrated into Winmate's rugged computing platforms, supports AI inference in environments with limited connectivity. The systems are designed for use in unmanned vehicles, industrial mobility, and field operations where reliability and low power consumption are critical.
Blaize and Winmate are also evaluating potential applications for ruggedized aerial and embedded AI platforms. Winmate selected Blaize’s architecture for its compact form factor, thermal efficiency, and power performance, which are key for airborne systems. The companies will continue technical evaluations and explore future commercial agreements.
During COMPUTEX, the partners will engage with customers and ecosystem participants to identify opportunities for deployable AI systems across industrial and mission-critical markets. Any future commercial products or integrations will depend on further validation and agreement.
