Blackstone Energy Transition Partners has entered an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Advanced Cooling Technologies, a U.S. manufacturer of thermal management and energy efficiency solutions. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026.

Blackstone Energy Transition Partners has entered a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc., announced in a press release. The Pennsylvania-based company designs and manufactures thermal management and energy efficiency solutions for high-power and mission-critical applications.

ACT’s management team will remain in place and continue as significant shareholders. Founded in 2003, the company produces technologies including two-phase liquid cooling, heat pipes, cold plates, and environmental control units, serving sectors such as data centers and high-performance computing.

The investment aims to expand ACT’s manufacturing capacity and capabilities amid growing demand for advanced cooling solutions. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to customary conditions. Houlihan Lokey served as financial advisor to ACT, while Kirkland & Ellis and UBS advised Blackstone.
