Blackbaud Adds Raiser's Edge NXT Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot

Blackbaud announced a Microsoft 365 Copilot agent for Raiser's Edge NXT that lets fundraising teams access donor data and insights inside Microsoft 365 apps.

Blackbaud announced in a press release a new agent for Raiser's Edge NXT that connects customer data with Microsoft 365 Copilot.

The agent lets fundraising professionals ask natural language questions in Copilot Chat, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel. Example prompts include requests to summarize a donor's giving history or identify top engagement opportunities.

Blackbaud said the tool surfaces contextual insights from Raiser's Edge NXT data without requiring users to switch applications. The company also said Raiser's Edge NXT is recognized as Microsoft Nonprofit AI Certified Software.
