The multi-agent architecture employs specialized AI agents that collaborate across financial operations, offering coordinated intelligence and actions. This approach aims to improve efficiency and effectiveness in complex AR processes by providing personalized recommendations and smart automation.

Billtrust Autopilot, the platform's agentic AI assistant, integrates data from multiple sources to offer a unified view of AR performance. It allows financial teams to optimize cash flow, mitigate risk, and uncover strategic opportunities. The assistant can be customized to fit the unique requirements of any organization, enhancing the strategic focus of businesses.

Additionally, Billtrust introduced AI-powered capabilities within its Collections platform to streamline inbox management and accelerate case creation and dispute resolution.
