Axiom Cloud has launched the AI Insights Agent, a conversational interface built into the Axiom Customer Web Portal, announced in a press release. The tool is now available in beta for technicians and multi-site operators managing refrigeration and HVAC systems.

The AI Insights Agent allows users to generate custom charts, compare system trends, and ask technical questions about AI-detected anomalies using natural language. It connects directly to Axiom’s anomaly detection platform, enabling operators to identify sites requiring attention, uncover recurring issues, and prioritize maintenance work based on business impact.

The system is powered by Axiom’s proprietary refrigeration and HVAC intelligence platform, which has been trained on more than 2,000 site-years of field data and over 124,000 expert-labeled anomalies. The technology is available exclusively through the Axiom Customer Web Portal and is currently patent pending.

Early access to the AI Insights Agent is available to selected customers, with broader availability expected after the beta phase.
