Automation Anywhere has acquired Aisera to integrate its conversational AI technology with Automation Anywhere's Agentic Process Automation system, creating a unified platform for autonomous enterprise operations across IT, HR, and customer service.

Automation Anywhere has acquired Aisera, combining their technologies to advance AI-driven enterprise automation, announced in a press release. The acquisition aims to create what Automation Anywhere calls the industry's most comprehensive agentic automation platform for IT, HR, and customer service operations.

Aisera’s conversational AI and self-service agent capabilities will be integrated with Automation Anywhere’s Agentic Process Automation (APA) system. The unified platform is designed to automate tasks across thousands of enterprise systems, using natural language understanding, process reasoning, and orchestration tools such as the Mozart Orchestrator.

Automation Anywhere stated that customers could see up to 40% fewer IT service management seats required as AI agents assume more operational tasks. Aisera’s team of over 100 AI engineers will join Automation Anywhere to support development of next-generation agentic solutions across multiple sectors.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. BofA Securities served as exclusive financial advisor to Automation Anywhere, while J.P. Morgan Securities advised Aisera.
