Aura Appoints Thomas Clayton as COO and President

Aura has appointed Thomas Clayton as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO) and President, announced in a press release. Clayton will report directly to Hari Ravichandran, Aura's Founder and CEO, and will be responsible for overseeing the company's operations with a focus on driving go-to-market strategy and expanding Aura's reach.

Clayton brings a wealth of experience in scaling technology companies, having held leadership roles at Peek, Bill.com, and Houzz. His expertise spans SaaS, fintech, and small business platforms. As a former CEO and executive at high-growth, investor-backed companies like Bubbly and BEA Systems, Clayton has successfully led companies through critical growth phases across various industries.

In his new role, Clayton will also oversee Aura's customer experience and human resources functions, aiming to enhance the company's impact in helping families navigate the complexities of the connected world.
