Augmentir launches Augie Command Center and Augie Procedure Studio, two natural language tools for factory operations. The company announced the tools in a press release at IMTS 2026.

Augie Command Center lets factory leaders analyze operational data, build dashboards, configure workflows, assign work and deploy conversational or autonomous AI agents. The platform draws on operational context including procedures, assets, historical performance, workforce skills and certifications, and connected ERP, MES, CMMS, QMS and LMS data.

Augie Procedure Studio converts existing standard operating procedures or written descriptions into interactive instructions with safety warnings, checklists, data entry fields and signatures. It supports bulk imports from PDFs, Word documents and spreadsheets, along with SharePoint synchronization.

Both tools are generally available. Controls include approval gates, permissions based on roles, previews, audit trails, version history and rollback options. Augmentir lists Colgate-Palmolive, Hershey, Graphic Packaging, Mondelēz International, Armstrong World Industries and Müller Group among its customers.
