Atombit and Medallia Form European Alliance to Advance Experience Intelligence
Atombit has entered a strategic alliance with Medallia to enhance how enterprises convert customer and employee experience data into actionable insights and measurable growth. The collaboration was announced in a press release from London on July 23, 2026.
The alliance builds on a relationship that began in 2019 between Medallia and Omega3C, a Milan-based experience specialist now part of Atombit. It combines Medallia’s experience management platform with Atombit’s expertise in AI, data science, and consulting, supported by roughly 200 specialists across Europe and India.
The partnership will initially focus on Italy, where both companies already hold a strong presence, before expanding across Atombit’s wider European operations. The goal is to help organizations more effectively capture, understand, and act on experience data to improve business performance.
