Aranya Raises $11M for AI Infrastructure Clusters

Aranya raised $11 million to expand its team and develop its infrastructure software for GPU clusters. The company says its platform converts bare metal servers into custom clusters in under 48 hours.

Aranya has raised $11 million, including a $9 million seed round led by First Round Capital and a $2 million pre seed round led by Asylum Ventures, the company said in a press release. The seed round also included Box Group, Vermilion Cliffs, and Asylum Ventures, while Founder Collective, Parable VC, and Uncommon Ventures joined the earlier round.

The San Francisco company builds infrastructure software that converts bare metal servers into custom clusters in under 48 hours for inference providers, AI startups, and data centers. Its ClusterdOS engine is built on Kubernetes, and the company also offers a proprietary multicluster operating system for managing inference and training workloads.

Aranya said it is currently managing more than $500 million in GPU hardware. In a case study with Hydra Host, the company said its software reduced cluster setup time from six weeks to less than 48 hours and reduced outages by 90 percent.

The new funding will support hiring across engineering, marketing, and developer relations. Aranya said it will also use the capital to support ClusterdOS deployment and the launch of its multicluster interface.
