AMBR Revenue Rises 38.8% During AI Agent Pivot
Following its launch of the Ambre and MIA AI agents, AMBR said in an announcement that second quarter 2026 revenue rose 38.8% from the prior quarter to $13.9 million. Agent revenue totaled $7.4 million, while wealth management solutions generated $5.3 million.
Gross profit reached $11.1 million, with a gross margin of 79.5%. AMBR recorded operating income of $1 million, compared with a $3.2 million operating loss in the previous quarter. Net income from continuing operations was $1.5 million, while adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations was $1.9 million.
Ambre is available by invitation to verified Amber Premium clients, while MIA serves more than 100 enterprise customers and is now available as a direct product. AMBR withdrew its previous financial guidance during its transition to an AI agent company and expects to issue updated guidance after establishing more operating history. The results are preliminary and unaudited.
