Ampersand Raises $15 Million for Enterprise AI Agent Integrations

Ampersand raised a $15 million Series A led by Bessemer Venture Partners to expand infrastructure that connects AI agents with enterprise software.

Ampersand raised a $15 million Series A led by Bessemer Venture Partners, the company said in a press release. Existing investors Matrix and Flex Capital participated alongside Yelp, Tenacity Capital, CTO Fund, Mana Ventures, and angel investors.

The San Francisco based company provides infrastructure that lets AI agents read and write data in customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning, and other systems of record. Its platform supports customized data models, fields, permissions, objects, and workflows for individual customers.

Ampersand also released a beta version of Andi, an AI integration agent that helps developers configure products for customer environments. Bessemer partner Lauri Moore will join Ampersand's board.
