Alithya Group Inc. has acquired eVerge Interests, Inc. for $23.5 million, expanding its Salesforce and Oracle expertise and increasing its presence in India.

Alithya Group Inc. has acquired eVerge Interests, Inc. for a purchase price of $23.5 million, as announced in a press release. This acquisition aims to bolster Alithya's capabilities in Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), while also expanding its operations in India.

eVerge, with a team of approximately 160 professionals, specializes in enterprise applications and transformation services. The acquisition introduces Salesforce as a new enterprise application platform for Alithya, providing additional CRM options for its clients. Furthermore, eVerge's Oracle CX practice complements Alithya's existing Oracle services, enhancing its ability to deliver comprehensive enterprise application solutions.

The acquisition also strengthens Alithya's AI capabilities, offering opportunities to integrate native GenAI features in Salesforce CRM and Oracle HCM. This strategic move is expected to provide Alithya's clients with greater flexibility in choosing technology platforms, while expanding its service offerings across various industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services.
